You will have a chance to visit Bac Ha market where the most colorful costumes of all Flower Hmong, Red Hmong, Black Hmong, Red Dzao…are gathered in the local market. In the next day you will have occasion to know deeply about their traditional cultures together by discovering many ethinic villages with beautiful Mountain View.

Night train to Sapa.
You will transfer to Hanoi Train Station from your hotel in Hanoi.Over night train to Sapa. It takes about 9 hours to go from Hanoi to Sapa by train.

Day 1 :Bac Ha market (on Sunday only) – Sapa
Arrive Lao Cai Train Station around 6:00.Then take a two hour transfer to Bac Ha Mountain. Located at about 70km from Lao Cai and 110km from Sapa, Bac Ha mountain town is well-known by travelers with the most colorful market of the hill tribes in the North of Vietnam. This every-Sunday-market attended by at least 8 ethnic groups and last from 9:00 until
14:00. It is also chance for tourists to discover the H’mong King’s palace (old building built by the French & Chinese).
In the afternoon, go for a light trek to visit Ban Pho, home of flower H’mong minority. We are invited to enter several local houses to have some green tea, corn wine, listen to the host talking about their family, talk to them…
Enjoy landscapes on the way coming back from Bac Ha Market to Lao Cai and continue up to Sapa.
Free at leisure until dinner at a local restaurant in Sapa. Over night at Sapa hotel.

Day 2 :Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel.Today trek for 7km down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong.Enjoy views of magnificent landscapes composed of high mountains, deep valleys, and stream of water winding, waterfalls and terraced rice paddies… from above.
Then 3km trekking down to Lao Chai Village, 4 km through terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village of the Dzay minority people.
Have picnic lunch at a local family, where you can see the local house architecture and witness local daily life styles and exclusive customs.
Enjoy the landscapes on the way until getting back to Sapa by jeep or motorbike in the afternoon and get transferred to Lao Cai station for overnight train to Hanoi.
